Right to Know (NH RSA 91-A Request)
- Right to Know requests shall be submitted to the Superintendent's Office in writing.
- Requests may be emailed to website@sau21.nh.gov, citing "Right to Know Request" in the subject line.
- Requests must include a specific description of the desired record(s).
- Requests will be accommodated by personnel in the normal course of business following approval of the request by the Superintendent or their designee. Inspection of records will be limited to the normal working hours of office personnel.
- The District may charge a fee per policy.
- Please be advised that the Right to Know Law does not require an entity to compile data in the format requested by a member of the public or to create a new document. RSA 91-A:4,VII.

Scope of Request: We are seeking records that reflect purchasing or procurement activity by any school, office, division, campus, program, or administrative unit under your charter school district or charter network. Any written performance evaluations, superintendent assessments, staff feedback evaluations, or board evaluations completed during her tenure. 3. Any written complaints received by the district or school board regarding Dr. Arakelian’s performance, conduct, or administrative decisions, including complaints submitted by staff, parents, students, or community members for the duration of her tenure. 4. Any records documenting investigations, inquiries, or reviews involving Dr. Arakelian conducted by the district, the board, HR, or outside counsel/consultants. 5.
